We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan — including all major cities and most small towns.
Shipping Charges

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through WhatsApp or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.
Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders to ensure a convenient and secure shopping experience.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
At GenPicks, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

- The product received is incomplete or missing parts.
- The wrong item was delivered.

Refund Process
